If you’re a fan of getting out and grabbing a coffee on the weekends, then Jay’s at Nightcliff Jetty is the perfect spot. This pop up has been a constant fixture at the Nightcliff Jetty for close to ten years and let me tell you folks – his coffee is amazing! He freshly roasts his coffee beans each week and even has take home bags
of his blends available. Also serving baby chinos for the kids and awesome ice-cream, Jay is also environmentally conscious using biodegradable cups for his brews and offers a discount
for those how bring their own cups.

The owners of this food truck are passionate about using fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients and the ever-changing gourmet menu reflects this. Appearing at various locations around Darwin and a constant fixture at the Casuarina foreshore Needle in a Haystack - Street Bistro aims to bring fresh seasonal and restaurant quality food to the streets of Darwin.

If you don’t feel like cooking dinner on Sunday’s but love Thai food, then you will love this cute little pop up. As the name suggests they serve fresh traditional Pad Thai and can be found at the Nightcliff pool on Sunday evenings and at various other locations throughout Darwin.
If you appreciate authentic Greek street food, then you are in for a treat with Yummy Yianni’s. We have heard the souvlaki that is marinated with Yianni’s secret blend of Greek herbs and spices is out of this world along with everything else on the menu.

   Who doesn’t love a good baked spud. And why not! They are delicious and healthy to boot after all. Made fresh to order with loads of different toppings available, this food truck is one of the
originals and has been around since 1987.
